Iodized salt can prevent deficient iodine disease. Because iodine is unstable chemical substance and its content will change when the condition is wet and hot, when you have iodized salt, you¡¯d better pay attention to the following points:
1.Buy it in the shop which has certification from government.
2.The salt can not keep for more than one month since the iodine is easy to volatilize.
3.The salt is better to put in plastic bag or pot and put in shade and dry place.
4.It is better to put salt when the dish is cooked.
5.It is better not put salt when quick-fry since the iodine is easy to volatilize.
