Inspector of salt works Captain Jiang introduces the difference between the new paper mould package and the old one. According to report, there are some fake salt in the market with old package in order to prevent better and make the safety of citizens’ edible salt, the new paper mould package has been come into the market and the old one will wash out the market.
How to recognize fake or true iodized salt？ There are main three ways:
1. Package: paper mould package, “Lujing” brand, printing with bright color and clear writing with words “Shandong Salt Industry Company superintended, and Yantai Salt Industry Company load, Yantai Salt Industry Company Exclusive Distribution”.
2. Fake-defend sign: the fake-defend for true iodized salt is like this: with words “Shandong Salt Industry Works” and invisible words “Shandong Salt Industry” “Chinese Salt Industry Company Superintended” and symmetrical and fluorescent “米”. When you change an angle the world “米” will go round and round and composite between the two mould. While the fake iodized salt put the “fake –defend sign” outside and its content is different from true iodized salt and most of them do not have it.
3. Produce time: true iodized salt put the produce time in the upper right of the package back with machine offset-gravure.
